At PetGround.co.uk, we know you want your pet’s essentials (and treats!) to arrive as quickly as possible. That’s why we offer two reliable shipping options for every order placed within the UK.

Our Shipping Options

• Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
• Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.

Order Tracking

Both Standard and Express shipments include a tracking service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a unique tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

Potential Delays

While we do everything, we can to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, courier backlogs, or holiday volumes). We appreciate your patience and understanding. If a delay will significantly exceed the estimated window, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not yet offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen method, the weight of the items, and your delivery location. Any applicable free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed.
