6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Right to Cancel (Distance Selling): Under UK law, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel for any reason. You then have another 14 days to return the item(s).
• Condition of Returned Items: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened pet food, treats, or grooming products unless they are faulty.
• Faulty or Incorrect Items: If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days for a free return and full refund or replacement.
• How to Return: Email us at support@PetGround.co.uk for a return authorization and address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds: We will issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return). Refunds go to the original payment method.
